NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING

The Madison Township Board of Trustees will hold a Special Meeting on Wednesday, April 29, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. This meeting will be held at our Administration building located at 5610 West Alexandria Road, Middletown, Ohio 45042.

The purpose of this meeting is for the approval to execute an updated contract with the architect in order to comply with USDA loan assistance requirements, as well as discussion of health insurance, discussion of annexation, and legal representation for annexation matters.

This meeting is open to the public.
