No Mans & Dickey Road Resurfacing Project

Sealed Bids for No Mans Rd. & Dickey Rd. Resurfacing Project will be received at the Madison Township Administration Building, 5610 West Alexandria Road, Middletown, OH 45042, until Tuesday, May 5th, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. The sealed bids will be publicy opened and read at 2:10 p.m. or shortly thereafter.

In general, the Work consists of the milling of two intersection butt joints, driveway approaches (approximately 20) and resurfacing of the two roads mentioned.

The Advertisements for Bid may be obtained online at the Township's website, www.madisontwpbutleroh.gov and the Township's Facebook page.

A copy of the Bid Packet is available at the Public Works Department located at 5610 West Alexandria Rd. They can be picked up during normal business hours (Monday-Firday), 8:00 a.m-1:30 p.m. starting on April 20, 2026.

Bids must be signed and submitted in a properly sealed envelope, and shall be accompanied by either a Bid Guaranty Bond in the amount of 100% of the Bid amount or by certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit on a solvent bank in the amount of not less than 10% of the amount of the Bid, subject to conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidder. The successful BIDDER will be required to furnish a satisfactory Performance Bond in the amount of 100% of the Bid.

The Contractor shall be required to pay not less than the minimum wage rates established by the Daprtment of Industrial Relations of the State of Ohio.

No BIDDER shall withdraw their Bid withink 60 days after the actual opening thereof.

The Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, or to accept or reject any part thereof.
